Cathcart Technology is working with a growing technology business developing a connected consumer product that combines mobile applications, cloud platforms, data, IoT, embedded technology, and hardware.

They are looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate engineering delivery across multiple technical workstreams and help take the product through its next stage of development and commercial launch.

This position would suit someone who is comfortable working closely with engineering teams, understands technical dependencies, and can bring structure and visibility to a fast-moving product environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex technology projects involving multiple engineering and product teams.
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, resources, and dependencies across different technical workstreams.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements, technical challenges, and delivery risks.
  • Translate technical objectives into structured project plans, milestones, and clear ownership.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and drive actions to keep delivery on track.
  • Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, project reviews, and release coordination.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, product stakeholders, management, and external partners.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates on progress, risks, priorities, and key decisions.
  • Support testing, system integration, and production readiness as projects move toward release.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, or a similar technology-focused role.
  • Proven experience managing projects alongside software engineering or product development teams.
  • Good understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and technical project delivery.
  • Able to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts at a project-management level.
  • Strong experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements and priorities may evolve.
  • Experience within IoT, digital products, cloud platforms, mobile applications, data, or connected technology would be an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Thai; additional language skills would be beneficial.

Experience with IoT, connected devices, mobile applications, firmware, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, or hardware-software product development would be highly beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to work across both software and hardware environments within a multidisciplinary technology product. You will play an important role in taking the product from development through integration and commercial readiness.
