Cathcart Technology is working with an established technology consulting business that is expanding its SAP team in Thailand. They are looking for Mid- to Senior-level SAP Functional Consultants with strong expertise in FI, CO/PS, MM, or PP to support enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

This is a good opportunity for SAP professionals who want broader project exposure, greater ownership, and the chance to work alongside experienced SAP specialists across complex implementation environments.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure and enhance SAP solutions within your specialist functional module.
  • Coordinate with technical, functional, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support S/4HANA implementation activities from requirement analysis and solution design through testing and deployment.
  • Investigate functional or system issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support integration, testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements while maintaining project quality and delivery standards.
  • Provide guidance to junior consultants or project team members when required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of SAP consulting experience, ideally including at least 1–2 end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Strong functional and configuration expertise in at least one or two modules across SAP FI, CO/PS, MM, or PP.
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience supporting implementation, transformation, migration, or enhancement projects.
  • Some experience mentoring or coordinating other consultants would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP would be a strong advantage.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Good command of English is highly desirable.
