Cathcart Technology is partnering with a leading international consulting firm to find a professional Project Management Consultant who specializes in digital transformation and IT organizational strategy. This is a great opportunity for experienced consultants passionate about enabling enterprise-wide change through digital strategy.

Role and Responsibility:

In this role, you will support end-to-end digital transformation and IT management operations from a strategic, people-focused perspective. You will play a vital role in advising clients on digital/IT strategy, governance frameworks, talent development, and investment planning — all to build competitive advantage through technology.

You will collaborate closely with C-level, and senior stakeholders across functions to:

  • Design and implement digital and IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build governance models to improve compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage large-scale transformation initiatives, including IT function restructuring and change management.
  • Develop IT talent strategies, including workforce planning, upskilling programs, and career frameworks.
  • Provide financial modeling and investment support to optimize IT budgets and digital investments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing complex system development projects and ensure delivery excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT Management, MIS, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, IT governance, or enterprise technology strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale digital or IT organizational change initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of IT financial planning, data governance, and risk management.
  • Strong proficiency in business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to read and write technical documents such as ER diagrams, API specs, and data dictionaries.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
  • Able to work on-site with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in industries such as automotive, insurance, or financial services.
  • Certified PMP or ITIL is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
