Are you an experienced Delivery Leader with a strong background in Salesforce projects and team management?

As the Head of Delivery, you will lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining strong utilization rates and project profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can step into projects directly when needed and drive delivery excellence across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project delivery across client and internal projects.
  • Take ownership of project profitability (P&L), utilization rates, and delivery quality.
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation for a team of 10–20 engineers, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Manage and mentor Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Review project estimations and resource requirements to ensure commercial viability.
  • Act as a hands-on delivery leader, stepping into projects as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead when required.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, PMO Manager, Resource Manager, or similar leadership role within an IT consulting, SI, or Salesforce consulting environment.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience with a strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionality and custom development approaches.
  • Apex/LWC development knowledge would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong experience managing project delivery, resource allocation, utilization rates, and P&L.
  • Experience leading teams of 10–20 consultants, engineers, Project Managers, or Business Analysts.
  • Solid understanding of SI business models, including man-month planning, utilization management, and margin control.
  • Previous experience working for a Salesforce implementation partner, technology consulting firm, or enterprise IT services provider would be highly advantageous.
  • Business-level English communication skills.
