Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in retail technology and infrastructure projects?

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established international organisation, leading projects that support business expansion and technology transformation across Thailand and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with regional stakeholders, business users, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of IT projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
  • Manage multiple projects, including new site deployments, refurbishment initiatives, and technology enhancement programmes.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance.
  • Coordinate with regional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and prepare management reports.
  • Ensure smooth project execution while minimising operational disruption to business users.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior project team members when required.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects from planning through implementation.
  • Previous experience delivering projects within a retail environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting new site rollouts, renovations, or large-scale technology deployments would be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across both business and technical teams.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and multiple project workstreams.
  • Knowledge of retail technology, including areas such as POS systems, networking, or store infrastructure, is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
