Cathcart Technology is an agile, independent, multi-award nominated Technology Recruitment Consultancy from the UK.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-oriented IT Recruitment Consultant to build and manage our new Outsource Recruitment desk. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying top IT talent, fostering strong relationships with both candidates and clients and driving business development initiatives. In this role, you will have an opportunity to build and manage your own successful team. Therefore, we are looking for a self-starter and self-motivated person who wants a clear career path.

What You'll Do:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of our Outsource Recruitment strategy.
  • Actively source and attract high-caliber IT talent from the outsourcing market.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as their trusted recruitment partner.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the IT outsourcing landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on outsourcing.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT candidates for outsource projects.
  • Experience as an Outsource Account Executive, managing client relationships and developing business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry landscape and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English Skills, both written and spoken (minimum TOEIC of 700).
