Cathcart Technology is partnering with a leading global consultancy to find an experienced Director – Oracle who will lead complex Oracle ERP programs and work closely with C-level clients across industries such as finance, retail, manufacturing, and energy.

As a Director, you will help clients define their Oracle roadmap — from building business cases and generating insights to enhancing enterprise functions and delivering measurable business value.

The Role & Responsibilities As the Director, you will lead a team of experienced consultants and advise senior executives on how Oracle can strengthen finance, HR, operations, and governance functions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Designing strategies to address complex business and technical challenges across Oracle ERP programs.
  • Managing and delivering large-scale Oracle projects, overseeing risk management, solution design, and overall quality.
  • Training, coaching, and supervising project teams while supporting their performance and career development.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with Oracle leadership and alliance partners.
  • Shaping project delivery to exceed client expectations and internal quality standards.
  • Identifying emerging ERP trends and opportunities to expand the firm’s Oracle capability.
  • Representing the firm through thought leadership in finance, ERP, and enterprise technology.
  • Being open to travel across Southeast Asia and internationally.

This role is ideal for an Oracle leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working across multiple sectors, and leading high-performing teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in Oracle ERP, with the ability to consult directly with C-level executives.
  • Proven Oracle ERP business development, solution leadership, and implementation experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large consulting teams and delivering enterprise-wide programs.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and able to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
