Cathcart Technology is partnering with a fast-growing digital solutions provider to help find a B2B Sales Manager with a strong track record in selling software and internet-based products. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and play a key role in shaping the company’s market presence in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and be accountable for meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead new customer acquisition while managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Independently identify, approach, and close deals with target industry clients in sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, food delivery, and transportation.
- Engage decision-makers across departments—business, procurement, IT, and senior management—to ensure a smooth sales journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product solutions to client needs and improve customer retention.
- Manage sales pipelines and track lead conversion, ensuring performance metrics are measurable and optimized.
- Regularly analyse sales data, adjust strategies accordingly, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor movements to inform internal strategies and refine go-to-market approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of Software, Applications, ERP, Logistics Software etc.
- Existing network and client relationships in tech-driven industries are a plus.
- Deep understanding of corporate procurement processes and the ability to engage key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret sales data and pivot strategies as needed.
- Familiarity with Thailand and Southeast Asia’s digital economy and local market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
