Cathcart Technology is currently partnering with a leading insurance company in Thailand. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to play a key role in delivering application and platform development projects.

About the Role:
In this role, you will lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all defined scope requirements. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and translate those needs into effective IT solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and post-launch support.
- Applying proven project management methodologies and best practices to ensure project success.
- Providing strong leadership and effectively managing relationships with stakeholders, project team members, and vendors.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, proactively communicating any potential challenges or roadblocks.
- Developing and maintaining clear communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Agile project management
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the non-life or life insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including application programming, databases, IT security, data modeling, and system design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai
- Graduated IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
