Cathcart Technology is partnering with a leading IT consulting and solution development company. They are implementing a new sales and aftersales platform. They are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager whose expertise is in automotive solutions handling with multi-channel stakeholders and software project delivery.

Role and Responsibility: 

In this role, you will lead end-to-end project management for core system solutions, handling scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the main contact between project teams and senior management to ensure objectives are met.

Proactively managing risks, you implement mitigation strategies, resolve issues, and conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement. Your role also involves efficient resource allocation and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

With strong technical expertise, you ensure core systems are developed using best practices, working closely with technical teams to tackle integration and performance challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management roles with strong experience in the automotive sector.
  • Experience in overseeing complex, large-scale software delivery projects within core or enterprise system environments.
  • Skilled in using project management tools and well-familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Possess technical background and familiarity with programming languages such as C#, SQL, and Java is preferred
  • Certified PMP is advantageous
  • Flexible for commuting to client’s site, with hybrid work arrangement
  • Proficient in both Thai and English, with strong skills in conversation and documentation.
  • Graduated in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
