Are you an HR professional who enjoys building processes, driving recruitment, and making a real impact on a growing business?
Our client is expanding their operations and is looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the entire HR function across multiple business entities. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work closely with senior management to shape HR strategies, support business growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day people operations.
Although this role carries a Manager title, it is an individual contributor position. You'll have full ownership of the HR function, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while partnering directly with business leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of the full HR function across multiple business entities.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning through to hiring across both corporate and operational functions.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, social security, and other HR administration processes.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour legislation and maintain accurate HR policies, documentation, and employee records.
- Build and enhance HR processes, policies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, training programmes, and company activities.
- Support HR planning for new business expansion and future growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 7 years of experience in full-spectrum HR, including 3 years in a management or senior HR position.
- Proven experience managing both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
- Strong recruitment experience with the ability to attract and hire talent across a variety of functions.
- Good understanding of Thai labour law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
- Experience supporting multi-site or fast-growing businesses would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the HR function as an individual contributor.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English for communication with international stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll have the autonomy to shape HR practices and influence business decisions. If you're looking for a broad HR leadership role with genuine ownership, and the chance to support business expansion, this position offers an exciting next step in your career.
