Cathcart Technology is partnering with a well-established IT solutions provider working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.

This role combines technical leadership with hands-on implementation, where you will lead a team of engineers, drive the delivery of cloud security solutions for enterprise clients, and act as the key technical point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cloud security solutions across CDN, WAF, Mobile Security, and DevSecOps technologies
  • Manage a team of engineers, driving technical skill development and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on their security architecture
  • Oversee project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure all client deliverables are met on schedule
  • Resolve complex technical issues and act as the senior escalation point for the team
  • Advise clients on technical best practices, roadmap planning, and opportunities to enhance their security posture
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver effective support and troubleshooting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and identify opportunities to expand engagement scope

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Cybersecurity with hands-on exposure to, cloud infrastructure, or network security engineering
  • Hands-on experience with web application security, API security, including WAF/WAAP, configuration, tuning, and incident response
  • Good understanding of networking concepts such as Proxy, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Content Delivery, and Load Balancing
  • Familiar with DDoS mitigation strategies and Zero Trust Architecture
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant industry certifications (CySA+, CCNP) would be a plus
  • Leadership experience
  • Good communication skills in English
