Cathcart Technology is currently partnering with a well-established leading insurance company in Thailand to recruit a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the non-life insurance business.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can bridge business requirements, technology delivery, and project execution, working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document project objectives, scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables, ensuring clear and measurable business outcomes
  • Initiate, plan, prioritise, and manage multiple IT and digital transformation projects end-to-end
  • Lead project governance including project charter development, TOR / RFP preparation, vendor selection, contract review, and procurement processes
  • Control and monitor project execution to ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing mitigation and resolution plans
  • Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, progress tracking, and executive-level reports
  • Track performance, measure outcomes, and present project status and insights to senior management
  • Continuously improve project processes and adopt new tools or technologies to enhance team efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Business Analyst roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream projects simultaneously
  • Experience delivering end-to-end non-life insurance projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and presentation tools

 

This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-level digital transformation within the insurance sector, working closely with senior management and key decision-makers.
