Cathcart Technology is partnering with a prestigious healthcare organization in Thailand to find a Head of Enterprise Applications to lead the transformation and delivery of enterprise systems. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology landscape and directly contribute to healthcare innovation.

 

The Role and Responsibilities

As the Head of Enterprise Applications, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of enterprise systems—from evaluation and design to implementation, integration, and adoption.

You will drive strategic decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure all systems are fit for purpose and use. This leadership role is both technical and business-facing, requiring a strong vision for how enterprise software can enhance operational efficiency and elevate patient care.

  • Define the strategic direction for enterprise applications to support the hospital’s digital and operational transformation.
  • Lead decision-making around whether to build or acquire new systems — including ERP platforms, CRM tools, and hospital information systems.
  • Ensure all solutions are effectively delivered, adopted, and aligned with clinical and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with C-level executives, department heads, and technology vendors to align software solutions with clinical and business needs.
  • Drive adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement practices to ensure scalable and high-quality delivery

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in enterprise IT systems, with expertise in application delivery and digital transformation.
  • Proven success in leading application, particularly across large-scale ERP and CRM platforms (SAP and Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Track record of driving complex system implementations that support both business operations and service delivery.
  • Experience working within the industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, or financial services.
  • Well-versed in modern project delivery practices including Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Confident in leading cross-functional teams, engaging executive stakeholders, and managing external vendors or partners.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Professional certifications in project delivery or enterprise applications are advantageous (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Salesforce).
