Cathcart Technology is partnering with a leading technology company in Bangkok to find a Head of Product Development who has a strong passion for driving innovation and enhancing user experiences in the digital solutions space. The Role and Responsibilities

As the Head of Product Development, you will be accountable for scaling digital platforms and driving product innovation. You will lead the product development and technical teams to improve the capabilities of the products, ensuring they align with market trends and user needs.

  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for the company’s digital solutions, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to deliver high-quality products that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor data to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to execution and release.
  • Ensure exceptional user experience by delivering visually appealing and seamless user journeys that result in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Mentor and develop the product team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous growth and innovation.
  • Communicate product vision and performance to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of overall experience, with a strong background in software development and product management.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product development, preferably in the technology or ecommerce and retail sector.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with software development teams.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor data to drive product strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good command of English for effective communication with international stakeholders.
