Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead enterprise technology projects that create real business impact?

Cathcart Technology is currently partnering with a technology consulting company specializing in enterprise digital transformation projects across multiple industries. The company works closely with leading organizations to improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and implement innovative technology solutions that support smarter decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large-scale enterprise software implementation and digital transformation projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal delivery teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify project risks, proactively manage issues, and coordinate resolution plans.
  • Support change request management, including assessing impacts on scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, technical teams, account managers, and external partners.
  • Assist with project estimation, implementation planning, and proposal activities when required.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing project delivery best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Software Implementation, Consulting, or System Integration environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise software implementation (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms), digital transformation, cloud, AI, operational technology, or industrial systems projects.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing technology projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to confidently present project updates and implementation plans to customers and stakeholders.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are preferred.
